4. Monday.com

Monday was the UX powerhouse that got caught up by competitors, and it’s invested heavily to catch back up. You can now embed AI directly into your boards to sort tasks, surface key information, and even analyze sentiment across project data — no jumping to a separate chat window, everything lives inside the workflow. Some features are still maturing, but for teams that want a polished, visual workspace where AI pulls its weight without deep configuration, Monday is the way to go. Pricing for the AI program is $9 per user per month, with some free-plan features.

3. Motion

Motion was the original AI scheduling superpower and has expanded from there. It’s built for individuals and small teams who need AI to automate scheduling alongside project work — automatically slotting tasks into your calendar based on deadlines, priorities, and your real availability each day. If you hit Friday and realize you haven’t touched your to-do list, this is the tool for you. Best for solopreneurs, freelancers, and individual contributors. Pricing is $19 per user per month — a bit pricey, but the AI is powerful.

2. Notion

I’ve not been a Notion fan for a long time, but its AI agents won me over. Notion 3.0 introduced autonomous agents that shift the platform from AI that suggests to AI that executes — performing up to 20 minutes of autonomous work across hundreds of pages at once. The real differentiator is context: by connecting your documents, decisions, tasks, and meeting notes in one place, Notion AI understands the full picture.
