1. Overview
BP Auto-Post (“the app”) is a private tool operated by Benjamin Preston that publishes Benjamin Preston’s own short-form videos to his own TikTok account via TikTok’s Content Posting API. The app is not offered to, or used by, the general public.
2. Use of the app
The app is used solely by its owner to upload and post his own video content to his own connected TikTok account. It does not allow third parties to create accounts, upload content, or post on behalf of others.
3. TikTok platform
The app integrates with TikTok through TikTok’s official APIs and is subject to the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and TikTok’s Community Guidelines. All content posted through the app must comply with those terms.
4. Authorization
Access to a TikTok account is granted by the account owner through TikTok’s OAuth flow. Authorization can be revoked at any time from the owner’s TikTok account settings.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is published at this URL.
